PPG Australia, Prime Global Logistics, Arrange Acid Bake Kiln Shells from China to Australia

Prime Global Logistics has successfully completed the successful offloading of 3 x Acid Bake Kiln Shells at Henderson docks. These sizable shells are part of a project in the Gascoyne Region of Western Australia.

Prime Global Logistics managed the full logistics scope for this project, originating from the loading port in China to offloading at Henderson and the subsequent over-sized road transport to a laydown area, which included heavy-lift cranes.

Some of the project stats include:

// Dims of each shell were approx. 26m (L) x 4.5m (W) x 4.6m (H)
// Each lift was approx. 100 tonnes

Each of the shells were offloaded and transported successfully and safely without incident, overcoming numerous logistical hurdles along the way.

Safety is a core value of Prime Global Logistics and this project demonstrated that safety remains a priority for all our client projects and was integral to the safe transit of this cargo which was delivered on time and without incident.
