Second PPG Education Program an Outstanding Success

PPG General Manager, Kevin Stephens and Sun Communications consultant, Rodger Hall have just returned from Bremen, Germany, where they successfully concluded the second PPG Project Forwarding Education Course. The two-day course was held on Wednesday 28th – Thursday 29th October, 2009 and all twenty five students received a Certificate of Achievement in Project Cargo Management at the end of the program.

We are delighted to advise that the program was a huge success, with all students advising their satisfaction. The course contained a wealth of knowledge and information sharing which we are certain will hold all attendees in good stead for the future and assist them in changing their future understanding and approach to project cargo management. Participating students came from Germany, Tunisia, Portugal, USA, Turkey, Sudan, Ireland, Sweden, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark and Finland.

This course follows the success of the first course in Mumbai, India, in January 2009 and PPG are now considering their third program for the first quarter 2010 possibly in S.E. Asia.

* The new and innovative project cargo training course has also been named as a finalist in both The Lloyds Australian Shipping & Transport and The Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia education awards to be named in November 2009 in Sydney and Melbourne respectively.
