TERA Projects & Shipping Arrange Ammonia Converter Basket from Genoa to Port Klang

PPG Member in Malaysia, TERA Projects & Shipping, have successfully delivered a Ammonia Converter Basket from Genoa, Italy to Westports, Port Klang, Malaysia. The overall project comprised 80,000 mt.

TERA delivered the unit from Port Klang and delivered it to Petronas Fertiliser Sdn Bhd, Gurun Kadah, utilising 2 x 100 mt shore cranes to lift and load onto their trailer. TERA suppled a vessel bridge trailer, due to its size and dimensions of the unit and exited the Port through a special gate with Port Police escorts and security guards. Some difficulties were experienced, as the Port road was very narrow. However TERA’s experienced driver managed to navigate sharp turns without the necessity to move any objects or block any vehicles on the road.
